I was just wondering is anyone knew the benefits/problems with drinking tea concerning an active lifestyle. I drink the stuff by the gallon (well, not literally). I have an ice tea brewer and make a pot and drink it, perhaps two pots per day, sometimes more. I drink it straight, no sugar or anything, though sometimes I add 1/2 a lime or a bag of flavored tea (mint!). It's always black tea, though sometimes green or decaf. Any opinions?![]()
