thought that I would ask your company with *what you think about virago or something that is fast acting for me. I need this because sugar makes the over growth of yeast in my gut spread like wild fire if I eat it.....any suggestions .

I have colitis and dextrose and sugar messes me up.

maybe the oatmuscle? or the rice syrup. I like the oatmuscle.

Like banana said, Oatmuscle is excellent and I use it in lots of different ways, and I've started using the rice syrup solids flavored with crystal light as my pre/intra workout drink
