Whey Protien Concentrate

I read in the protien section that it said to always mix this with a milk protien. Why is this? If you use it in a mix is it necessary to add a milk protien? If so how much?

been using wpc for years and i've never had a problem with it as my sole protein source. it's very economical and of very high quality. if ur on a tight budget it's great. there r better choices as far as higher protein percentages, less fat and less carbs but in a they're also more expensive. as far as mixing wpc with other types i never have and have been pleased
