Does anyone have a good explanation on the difference between Membrane Micellar Casein and other micellar caseins, and for that matter the difference between micellar caseins and non-micellar caseins, if there is such a thing?
I'm trying to decide between:

Heliogen Casein, which is a micellar casein that has been instantized with sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin
Membrane Micellar Casein "Exclusive to ProteinFactory.com ... MMC is the premier version ... Superior to calcium casein and microfiltration micellar casein"
How do I decide which one to use?
