I was just wondering, I've read about some people using fat powders in their mixes. I was just wondering what type of mixes they are used in, PWO etc. Also, if used, how much and what type should be used. Should protein be sacrificed for the fat? carb? suppliment? I don't really know fat's purpose in the mix. Perhaps I should just take a fish oil capsule, but I really don't know why.![]()
