I'm not Alex but I plan on further investigating the info here on the site to better surmise the differences between the Super Plasma and the new Bovine Albumin. I can say this ... the new Bovine Albumin has a somewhat "bad" taste to it (per Alex) while the Super Plasma doesn't (per my own experiences with it). Not exactly sure why, but that is one big difference between the two.

Since it contains whey isolate, egg protein and movine albumine?

Could you guide me on when to take these supplement (Monster V Blend and Membrane Micellar Casein) during workout day?

Which would you choose over a CFM Whey Isolate and Monster V Blend?
Or would you recommend to get CFM Isolate, monster blend and Membrane casein.
Protein Factory just have too many good choice of protein to choose from :-)

FYI, i am mixing all my protein breverages with Super Plasma.

Both the Monster V and the MMC are slow-digesting proteins. As such, they are ideally used right before bedtime and between workouts / throughout the day, for a slow, steady protein release.

As for you question of a Whey Isolate vs Monster V blend, the blend is better for general protein supplimentation ... the isolate may be better for time periods around your actual workout (immediately pre and post).

I am currently using a custom blend of 50% CFM Whey Isolate, 15% Super Plasma, 15% MMC, 15% Monster V, and 5% Egg Yolk. It is NOT a post-work blend, but my attempt to formulate an ideal, slow-digesting (MMC, Monster-V) protein-based drink that stimulates the immune system (Super Plasma) and testosterone production (egg yolk), has a high amount of protein subfractions (Super Plasma, CFM Whey), and a great amino profile (CFM whey).

Am i correct that Super Plasma and Monster V are the same protein, since there are albumin bovine.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
