Negative. If it isn't available yet in the PF custom formula maker, I wouldn't make a formula yet. Also, those amounts are off, and can you afford this?

Re read the info about the monster V protein about mixability and taste. You would be creating a blood shake with a dusting of egg. Instead of me telling you different amounts you could use, maybe check out Alex's 5 pound blend using the monster V protein?

What is the difference in the two blood protein? When will it be out for the custom mix ?

Also if you were to modify the mix what would you suggest?

I Understand monster v is a slow digesting blood protein. Would it work in concert between the two blood proteins?

I am not to concerned about taste. I will have some extra money comming in soon so I could afford it.

Super Plasma is going to provide you with the growth factors (IGF-1, etc.), Monster will provide you with the high level aminos (read Alex's writeup for the breakdown).

You are smart to keep the pepto pro low, as it will overpower any of the other proteins in terms of taste at anything above 10%.

50% Super Plasma is a lot, one thing I would recommend is cutting that down to 30% and replace 20% with something like CFM or Biofresh. It will help with the consistency and super plasma is strong enough that you will notice a difference over time even with a smaller percentage (more is not always better).

GPLC? I think you would be better off adding Creapure. GPLC is most effective around workouts.

The reason for 4 grams of GPLC is for the vasodiolation to allow more in my cells from the same serving. Sounds funny but thats one reason for SPP remember you get more per serving of protein by adding SPP. Correct me if I am wrong about GPLC.

Again taste is not my main concern. I was going to buy SPP while ago till I lost my job few years ago. I was going to buy like 1000 bucks worth. Now that I am wroking again and getting my business up again I just want the best money can get.

Do you think CFM is better option than EGG?

Carb wise I was going to use vitargo or carbolyn 40-80 grams post work out with need to slin from needotobuildmuscle.

Sure, you could...

But are you going to be using a blender or a shaker? A blender will mix everything up fine but a shaker cup will be clumpy, most likely.

I have a hard time saying which protein is "better", I have used Super plasma by itself before, and the results have been very good.

If you opt to go with that 50/50 mix, keep your diet clean, take some before and after pics, and establish some before and after max lifts ... I'm curious about the results that that stack would produce.
