Hydro 520 Vs 1400

hi alex, I am not really sure but i noticed you recommend the hydrolyzed 1400 over 520 to many of the customized formulas. is there a specific reason for this? i just want your opinion as to why choose one over the other. thanks.

Two reasons taste and lactose.

The 520 is very, very bad tasting. I dont want to give new customers the impression that our formulas suck ass in terms of taste. Not only that but alot of people are drinking these for the first time. Muscle milk is not the #1 selling powder because of quality

Always get 520 when possible. but if you gotta problem with taste and lactose get the 1400 or peptopro

Also, to me, it seemed that even though the 520 has more di and tri peptides the 1400 actually has a higher protein content.

I can atest to the taste of the peptopro. Lemonlime is great. I haven't tried the 1400 yet but have a bag that I will be opening today.

thank you, i dont think 520 is that bad i put about a tablespoon in my regular 45 gram serving of whey and casein mix...

i just blend it with banana and its great.

I used to take 520 shots. just put a big ol table spoon in plain water. Mix it as well as possible with a fork and take it in a shot, or two. not too bad. I took the "shot" when I felt I needed aminos asap.
