A good article was written on this stuff by Anthony Roberts. To sum up he says this stuff sucks for boosting testosterone and their are about 1,000 other things that work better.

I knew it. lol overheard some supplement store chief telling a customer that it was THE BEST stuff for boosting test naturally

I'd take d-aspartic acid + post-cycle, not to boost testosterone tho.

they say bulbine natalensis alos lowers estrogen levels. anyone has any experience?
