Alternative

Hello everyone...getting a little frustrate with my workouts. Are any steroid alternatives that work safely? How about the LJ100? Would that give me a boost?

Any suggestions?

I would first consider a two week break from all working out. That has always worked wonders for me when I stagnate.

Also consider changing up your routine for awhile ... try a month or few of Crossfit, work out with some MMA types ... anything thats a definite change of pace.

As for the LJ100, I've never used the PF variety ... I can honestly attest, however, that Long Jack ellicits a serious "boost", but I don't mean in the gym!

Gotcha...Yeah, I have been doing some serious circuit training as of late. Maybe I should back to the classic, two parts a day. Push/pull stuff.

I just noted that you are also trying to lose bodyfat ... I have found SuperSet training (in my mind, a variation of your above circuit training) to be really good for achieving the ripped look.

Maybe you could continue using the format, but switch up body parts combo's trained together or incorporate totally new exercises into your next round of training.

what does your current plan look like? If we see the specifics, we could give you some better suggestions.

Circuits are good/fun, but take a long time to get used to. I wouldn't consider them ideal for body building, but they are good for what I do. I can do full circuits with as many reps as I want. Typically in circuits you are creating an oxygen dept among other things, and you won't get that many sets/reps for a given muscle group. So, you could wait 2-5 minutes and reduce the pace and take the body building approach, if you are looking for size. Body fat reduction? Diet + more frequent exercise. Burn yourself out or too high reps/sets = not exercising very often.
