once there and you have ALREADY put the picture onto your computer...

1) click on the browse botton and find the name of your smoothie picture
2) double click on your picture in your computer and that will put it onto the image shack website and you'll see the name on image shack
3) click upload and watch the striped bars get filled up.
4) once image shack says upload successfull look towards the left of the screen. and see "Links to Share your Image". the 4th one down is "forum code". Highlight (make it all blude) and then right click "copy".
5) come back to this forum and click "paste" into your post.
6) your done!
