I really like the IPI and the aussie. The quality if these two proteins totally kicks ass over any other supplement companies casein and milk proteins.

Would there be any benefit to utilizing nature's 4 part casein to 1 part whey when constructing a post-workout formula of your hydrolyzed proteins? For instance, go with a 65-70% rilose, 5% Hydro 520, 20% PeptoPro, and then perhaps 5-10% Superplasma for it's health benefits, or should the plasma be reserved for a night time formula?

Personally, I am thinking about adding the SuperPlasma to BOTH a post workout and Night time formula, as this stuff would seem to really aid the recuperative process ... am i thinking correctly on this?

You can really use superplasma as much as you want. It is a superior protein.
