Here is the smoothie recipe submitted by Wes.

1/3 cup of Bio Fresh Whey Protein from Muscle Building Supplement | Weight Gain Supplement | Best Whey Protein | Custom Protein
1 TBSP of organic cocoa powder
1 TBSP of unsweetened organic peanut butter
1 Banana
5-6 large frozen strawberries. If you use fresh strawberries I suggest adding ice and reducing the water. The frozen ones make it nice and cold.
1 TSP of pure vanilla extract
12-16 oz. of water depending on the desired thickness.

You can get high quality organic peanut butter, vanilla extract, and frozen strawberries at Costco.
The cocoa powder is best if purchased in bulk (not pre packaged). I usually get this from Henry's.
The peanut butter and cocoa powder add about 5 more grams of protein to the already 28 grams from the bio fresh whey making this smoothie pack about 33 grams of protein in total. The best part is that it is sweetened without adding any artificial or refined sweeteners.
