What is OatMuscle made out of?

I'm guessing it comes from some kind of grain. What gives it its semi-sweet taste? Does it have any sweeteners in it? Do I have to mix it with liquid or can I eat the raw powder and still get all the benefits?

Oatmuscle is made from Oats. that is all I will say about it. It is becoming very popular and I got every stinkin loser supplement company trying to rip me off. (big surprise there)

You can eat it, drink it that is fine, its just food.

I can understand that you want to keep the formula under wraps, but could you just tell me what sweetener it has (if any)? I'm sensitive to certain kinds of artificial sweeteners, that is why I want to know. Would it be possible to change the sweetener in oatmuscle?

Oatmuscle is 100% natural AND organic. Legally the ingredient statement reads: oatmeal powder. That's all. 100% oatmeal powder. ie their is NOTHING in it but oatmeal powder

Dear Alex . . . just curious. . . Why rice olgidextin in Intermediate Fat Loss Meal Replacement rather than Oatmuscle? (I remember when I first ordered IFLMRP, you or the PF's automated custom form lab assistant suggested I customize the formula replacing RO with OM, which I did . . . I believe something about "taste factor" was mentioned . . . thereafter, I ordered 1 lb of ea t compare & now I just use the premade formula.)

!!. . .do I stick w/the premade formula or customize & switch to OM? (Using the same types & %'s of protein & other stuff, vit & min, carbogen & aminogen, I did a test drive & basically, customizing w OM costs approx $3 more per lb.) So, other than price factor, what's your better knowledge suggest? THANX!
