Banana Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Hey,

Just joined the forum, looks like there's some good smoothies to whip up.

I love Greek Yogurt and bananas, so those with similar tastes may want to try this.

BANANA GREEK YOGURT SMOOTHIE-

1 cup plain fat free Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Protein Factory Whey Isolate vanilla protein
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 tbsp Udo's oil or some other EFA oil
120 grams banana
