) but I've been good to go for the last few months. Man, it's hard to get back in gear. I put on 40 pounds of muscle since 03, but at least 10 of fat. My metabolism had dropped too. I use to power lift and run 10k's but I broke my back right after I got out of the military, so the discipline and stuff fell away too. Help! Thanks bro.
