Night time Monster-V mix

Any thoughts on this custom night formula?

40% CFM Whey Isolate,
20% Vaporfiltration Whole Egg,
25% Monster V Protein,
5% Sunflower Power Oil,
10% Creapure Creatine,

I like it, in terms of the protein ... I don't see the need for the added fat (Power Oil) as the Whole Egg has plenty (unless you are an ectomorph). Also ... why the added creatine (at least with this shake)?

Wouldn't it be better to take this post workout, along with a hydrolyzed protein and a lot of carbs?
