45% super plasma is an overkill. Unless your serving size is 10g

its not overkill as you can use this as a sole protein source. expensive it might be yes, but its a highly bioactive protein

Are you serious? Thats unreal, who cares about the cost!!!

Super Plasma protein in my experience has been the most beneficial to my training.

My weight has been in flux due to stress and under eating, but as soon as I get back on my proper diet and protein routine I gain lost weight (good weight, not fat) back quickly.

And I agree with Alex, the profile of what Super Plasma contains tends to argue for its effectiveness.

If cost isn't an option, NOTHING is better than Super Plasma.

If I ever:

1. Hit the lotto,
2. Receive $1M + from a will,

... my every other month, 10 lb PF purchase would be straight SP.
