whey light or breakfasst formula

I'm currently using whey light and have been for quite awhile now. I've been thinking about switching it up for awhile to your breakfast formula. I'm still strugling with a little excess around my middle. However, because of my work schedual I'm looking for something to satisfy my morning meal for at least 3 to 3.5 hrs before my next snack. It looks like the breakfaast formula would work pretty good. Your input would be greatly appreciated Alex.

My current protein supplementation through out the day is as follows:
Whey light and a banana or oatmuscle for breakfast (4:30am)
whole food protein source for lunch (i.e. tuna,salmon,chicken or beef)(11:30)
peptopro or 75%cfm + 25%1400 pre/during work out(3:30pm)
ri'lovol imediatley post work out(4:30pm)
whole food source protein for dinner(6:00pm)
cottage cheese just before bed(8:30 or 9:00pm)
Long a$$ day for me.

I like to keep some oatmuscle or oatabolic on hand to add into this once in awhile also.

That doesn't seem like enough calories based on how long of a day you have and how active you seem to be. Do you think you're eating enough?

I eat 6 times a day actually. Every 3 hours. I listed just the primary protein supplementation. However you could be right.

I would switch the whey light for IPI this will give you a more slow release protein.

Get this formula.

20% omegamuscle
40% oatmuscle
40% IPI.

Or get all separate if you want..
