Yes i have a calorie tracker on my iPhone and iPad. I have lost over 60 pounds so far. Have kept most of my lean muslce some lost at first but I have gotten it back.
I didn't know anything when starting 8 months ago. I had a bad month in there did not lose but about 2 pounds. I like chili so I get my meat from a local farm grass fed cattle and eat veggies in it.
I go to the gym 3-4x a week. 30-49 min cardio spread across usually 2 machines. Then 30-40 minutes on free weights. But I have had a shoulder that hurts all the time and has had forever. If I could find something to help it feel better I could do more arm workouts. Dr says to just take ib pro fin. Yea that doesn't do much.
Carbs are a bad thing. I love bread. My wife makes this sweet bread with xylitol and I could eat it all day lol. But I also eat pizza and lots of other breads so that has been thechardest thing for me to cut out. I have been getting carbogen in my shakes although not sure it works on simple carbs.
