I like the formula but at 5% omega muscle (flax powder) its really pointless to put in because at 5% its just like dusting it in. Use 20% and make it 30% CFM and 15% 1400.
Postworkout you need 4 things.
1) protein. (peptopro, 1400, hydrodipeptides)
2) carbs (HRS or dextrose, maltodextrin
3) electrolytes (HRS or gatorade or something)
4) antioxidants (any of our muscle colors or Killer QC)
