For the mid morning snack you want a variety of proteins. I would look at something like our Advanced Muscle gain or our Monster V protein blend. Personally right now I am using the Monster V Protein BLEND. Its very good. Or if you want to make yourself a really good custom formula you can use something like 70% Native Whey isolate 20% monster V and 10% super plasma protein.
Then for postworkout depending on your taste needs. you always want to use hydrolyzed proteins. Nothing beats the peptopro but then dont forget about anti-oxidants, electrolytes, and carbs. So something like Killer QC and electromuscle and Oatmuscle works. Toss in some Creapure and your good to go.
