Hydrodipeptide caps and Definition

Can I use hydro caps to get lean rather then bulking?

Also, how well does the definition formula work?

Ordered my regular goods over the weekend & also tacked on the Hydrodipeptide caps. My only question is on intake, I weigh 250lbs & was wondering if I should take an additional capsule or if the standard 5 will be good. Let me know, I am amped to try these out!

You could increase to 7 or 8 caps per serving. With the hydrolyzed caseinate and aminogen they do come in to play with people that weight more than 220. The other ingredients it doesnt matter.

thanks for the purchase and I KNOW you will like the hydrodipeptides. I have been using them for 2 weeks already and love'em. I did back this morning...

3 sets of dealifts with the trap bar
3 sets of bent over rows with the row bar...(by the time I was finished my back was feeling pumped.
3 sets of lat pull downs which I couldnt even finish because my back was burning so much.

I think you get a really good pump from these things.

Alex , what do you suppose the max hydro capsules one could take at one time and see a significant difference? I am talking about pre/post workout. 10? 15? I am just wondering if you did any research on amount and effects. I am currently using more than the amount you recommended, and wanted to know your thoughts.

There is no max amount for the caps. Its mostly protein besides the aminogen and whats in the capsule for functionality.
