the bodybuilding truth

i just twanted to let everyone know that Nelson Montana's Bodybuilding Truth is a must read. if u cant find it in print get it off the internet.

after i read it, it was literally like putting 1 n 1 together. as for training of course i have different opinions but i think most people do, everybody is different but the basics do apply.

the supplement part is very interesting lol i look back on some of the things i used to take n im like hahaha no shit, even the very expensive one. but i still religiously take some of other things the book doesnt support, like glutamine
