supplements for older guy

is there a protein mixture that u would recommend for older adult body builders?

i am 67 and have been trying to get some more mass. I have been working to accomplish this for over 7 years. i have lost over 40lbs of fat and currently have a skin fold calculation of 13% body fat. and some definition, i still have a little fat in the abs and obique area. i have tried to go on the high calorie diets to no avail. the mass just doesn't happen. can you recommend a formula for a person with this problematic situation

I would like to at-lease see some additional mass on my body. i work very hard to try to get some. it is very disturbing to not see much results in all my efforts.


Here is my recommendations.

1) Preworkout. Use hydrodipeptides 5 capsules and 1/4 cup of HRS
2) during workout. Use hydrodidpeptides 5 capsules and continue with the HRS
3) Postworkout 1/4 cup of HRS, 1/8 cup of PeptoPro, and 5 capsules of hydrodidpeptide.

Other supplements to use

1) you need a good protein. Get our advanced muscle gain or something along those lines
