Im 21 years old. I dont take weight gainers. My routine is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. What weight gainer wold be best to start using?

your 21 years old so your matabolism is rapid, i'm almost 22 so i'm going through the same thing. i capped out at 178 and was getting a lot calories. don't expect to get gains from a high protein intake, you also need to be taking in lots of carbs. try getting 60 grams of oatmuscle into each shake and 40-50 of protein tops for your shakes. whole foods need to be your main focus. eggs, chicken, oatmeal, rice, brown rice, blueberries, and take in a lot of greens. fruit is good in moderation, have a couple servings of fruit per day. also try having a shake before bed with some cottage cheese on the side, that should act as a casien for you. also i noticed your in the gym 5 days a week, that could be your biggest problem. strength increase you should be expecting but try taking it down to 3-4 days a week if your trying to gain, your rest time is VERY MUCH NEEDED!! your muscles need time to build and hopefully your not targeting your muscles more than once a week occationally twice. you should see gains if your eating. also chill on the cardio, that will never help if your going to try and gain stay off the tread-mill!! dude all you need to do is eat eat eat, work out hard but not too hard, make sure your really hitting the muscle at it's target. and rest a 1:30 between each set. if your properly doing this you should be spending 30-45 minutes on each muscle. dont be in the gym over an hour, after that your losing too many calories. purchase rifle, oatmucsle, and a nice weight gainer. remember you need to be eating, try getting and early breakfast and pack some oatmeal, berries, glass of milk with a shake, banana and 2-4 eggs. you should start seeing some gains from that. maybe look into p-12, its good stuff.

- 20xbw in calories

bw means body weight u have to adjust this as u gain weight obviously
