I take it you have used it and run a controlled log?

if not don't bash it straight up, as at the moment it is not clear on whether it works. Very positive feedback from MN's X-Factor Advanced, could be just a placebo, but I'm thinking it will have responders and non-responders based on peoples individual arachidonic acid stores.

I have used this stuff (arachidonic acid) in the past and I can't say it was worth the money i spent on it ... not for me anyways.

There have been controlled studies on the substance.

Check out Anthony Roberts blog or I will post the link to the clinical studies that show it has no potential to build muscle.

But, if you want to waste your money on a fatty acid blend be my guest.

XFA was formulated by William Llewellyn, he knows his stuff.

Anyway I will log it later this year and post results, I'm still not quite sure if you understand what ArA is...this might help

No, I know exactly what AA is. It is an omega six fatty acid.

It used to be included by Gaspari in their Halodrol formula. Gaspari dropped it, as soon as studies were published that it was worthless as an anabolic.

Gaspari probably dropped halodrol because it was a bunk formula not because of ArA. ArA requires a specific diet and dosage. also there are other supps that can improve it's efficiency such as glycerol (to ensure proper emulsification) and L-carnitine (enhances vasodilating effects).

Please post link to said studies. (also MN has a study proving it's effectiveness)

MN's study proving effectiveness? You would really give weight to a study promoted by the people trying to sell a product in regards to its effectiveness?

Personally, I would rely more on an independent study by a third party that did not have a financial stake in the outcome of the study. I have posted such a study below.

The study was not conducted by MN it was conducted by Baylor University, just as credible. so far it's 1 a piece as far as "studies" go

That plus the strong anecdotal reports from people that have used it + formulated by william llewellyn & backed by neuron......seems like a pretty strong case to me. But it's fine to have your own opinion it's completely up to you I will log it later this year and if it's bunk you'll be the first person to know


Also in regards to Gaspari halodrol --- It was withdrawn for containing steroids..
