Alex,

Your oatmuscle product taste incredible. It is almost sweet. What gives it a sweet taste? It almost seems to good to be true. This is a great way to get some good carbs in your diet, along with fiber. Good stuff.

the oat muscle is actually an organic oat product. The sweet taste you are experiencing comes from the actually flavor itself of the oat. It is unreal stuff. ONe day I'll get it instantized. Glad you like it.

I was actually wondering about that sweetness myself as regular oatmeal has no sweetness whatsoever yet Oatmuscle clearly does.

But I have another question about Oatmuscle. Is Oatmuscle made from solely oatmeal or are there any other ingredients? I usually have three servings of oatmeal or oat bran per day and I'm wondering if I could replace my regular oatmeal with Oatmuscle. Is the product close enough to oatmeal in terms of nutrional content that I could do this? It just tastes too good so I'm suspicious.

The nutritional profile of Oatmuscle is incredible. and the product is great. It is probably one of the best products I have ever introduced. the sweetness comes from the oat itself. Its not oatmeal ground up. This is high tech stuff. I've been doing the powder business for over 11 years now. The products I carry are the best. I mean you have multi-million dollar supplement companies, with hundreds of employees and "paid" scientific advisory boards, ex-chapion bodybuilders, magazine editors, so many so-called experts of supplements, chemists working for them, etc yet year after year I turn out the best quality products the supplement industry has ever seen. That is why I also am the most hated...go to any message board (besides this one) and you'll see everyone bashing me and saying how bad I suck, mean while they are selling Nitric oxide supplements and prohormones and ha ha ha, the jealous is just so obvious....Every supplement company out there is nothing but a marketing company ripping off other peoples ideas. You cant buy intellingence and originality, you can rip it off and try to be a proteinfactory.com imitatior, like companies have already tried, fuck them. As far as the Oatmuscle, have you ever seen a product like this? I havent. You have companies selling ground oats maybe...but this as everyone can tell, is completely different.

Alex i have to say that i received my order and tried oatmuscle for the first time friday and agian today with my cfm postworkout shake and I was just blown away I Love this stuff!! Great product...I'm hooked!!

Out of general curiosity, would you happen to know offhand what the GI rating for oatmuscle is?

oatmuscle is a very low GI carb. If you use it with your postworkout shake you will give you body more ENERGY per se for recovery. If you are training like an animal the more carbs the better. Especially the Oatmuscle.

I usually work out at 6 AM. come home I have Rilose peptopro creatine p-12. then about 45 min later I have been having lately. 1 banana, oatmuscle, omegamuscle and anabolic cream bourbon vanilla. .
