Mass powder...and just eat. Lots. 3 workouts a week and wrestling twice a week is burning a lot of calories, and I'm betting you don't put on weight all that easily to begin with.

What type of workouts are you doing? When is next season? (30-40lbs is a lot...even at 17...it won't all be pretty weight)

Last year I wrestled at 130 then started working out and eating right and gain 35 pounds and then cut down 12 pounds to 152. The season just ended and I would like to put on around the same amout. Most of my workouts are kind of like crossfit but not as much cardio and conditioning as crossfit. I workout with a trainer that runs the local crossfit gym but he was a professional body builder and trains a lot of athletes for their sport, so I burn a lot of calories during my workouts and I haven't started wrestling back up yet wont start that for about a month or so its only three days a week so far
