Hello, why thank for chosing our company.
For breakfast, for me, I like to choose a slow release protein and some dietary fat.
Take for example this morning.
in a blender
1)milk
2) strawberries
3) IPI
4) oatmuscle
5) omega muscle
Yummmmy......
On top of that I swallow 2 fish oil gels, 2 vigor, 2 LJ100,
if I dont put fruit in my shake i'll have one of my colored muscles.
