Trying to figure out where the cholesterol is coming from in my PWO blend

I am making a new custom PWO blend since the hydrolyzed 5000 is gone. My new blend is: 20% hydro 1400, 10% hydro 520, 15% Ultra amino 97, 10% Biofresh, and 15% native whey. I also have 20% instant oatmuscle and 10% rilose.
According to the "supplement facts" in the protein lab a 50g serving will give me 31.6g of protein & 12.8g of carbs which looks right to me but it also lists a whopping 18g of cholesterol which seems really high...I can't find any of the proteins having a high cholesterol amount.
I would appreciate any feedback.
