Pre-workout Supp.

Alex, I was taking NO Explode by BSN and I know you mentioned that you think the NO products are BS. What can you recommend to replace the preworkout energy supp?

preworkout you want 4 things.

carbs, protein, electrolytes and possibly anti-oxidants.

Whats the best?

HRS,
Hydrolyzed protein,
and Killer QC or one of the muscle colors

I know it's probably all in head, but I workout first thing. I sometimes actually enjoy the NO-Explode on my energy starved days....but of course I add it to my usual half a scoop of Pepto Pro and full scoop of the new PreWorkout Supplement.
