For energy.

The worse thing is caffeine. that is actually a catabolic supplement.

BSN no explode i really dont see any anabolic agents in it whatsoever. Not only that but the creatine they use in it sucks ass.

For energy.

1) use a low gi carb like oatmuscle right in the morning., it will give you sustained energy.
2) use something like the muscle colors
3) dont use amphetamines like caffeine
4)Use something like vigor could work

Alex, you've been taking Vigor for a while. Do you think it makes a difference? Also, you say that caffeine is the worst, yet Vigor has some in it (assuming guarana wasn't decaffeinated).

I liked Vigor when I used it. and I got a pro bodybuilder that told me the other day he loved it....

Right now Im using RILOSE creatine and killer QC around my workouts and I get a good pump along with LJ100.

dont underestimate the use of Test products like the LJ100 to increase your pump.

The pump helps you gain size, right? it's not just for temporary enjoyment, right?

In theory....but it the working out that does it. A pump is just a really good tight feeling you get when you workout. the bicep and the tricep and pecs are the easiest to pump up. I can really get my veins showing like a road map in my biceps and forearms when I have a good pump...but scientifically there is no definition in the dictionary for "pump". Unfortunately, steroids give you a really, really good pump.

I think the only way to achieve sort of this "steroid pump" is to do high reps and really need to focus on the movement...its alot of genetics too. If you are an endomorph you'll have a tough time getting the pump...If youre an ectomorph like me its easy cuz your naturally low on bodyfat.
