List your workout schedule ... lifting and otherwise. Also list how many calories per day your are taking in. If you don't know these, this would be a good thing to figure out.
A 90 lb weight loss is really good; if you have hit a plateau, you may need to slightly cut your calories, or change up your workout routine. Finally, it may be time to give yourself a one week break. All of these things will help to give your body the necessary change-up needed to continue your weight loss goals.
