Theta Aminos

Found the info --

They are simple BCAA's

Alex, on the store web site you state "Mother Nature has specificallly laid out the correct sequence of Leucine, Valine, and isoleucine" when describing the theta aminos. However, it never states what the ratio is on the three, i.e., 2:1:1 or whatever. Do you have that info?

I spoke with a Sci-Fit rep once who claimed their BCAA supplement contained the proper ratio of L/V/I, if you look at their product, it is 2300/1920/780 in milligrams per serving. If you reduce that number it comes out to be something around 5.75/4.8/1.95. I have no Idea where he came up with that number, maybe someone else knows. I think the common claim emerging from all the marketing of muscle enhancing products like aminos is that each company has stumbled upon the precise ratio of aminos found in muscle tissue or the numerical ratio that is essential for muscle growth. The point I am getting at is who knows, there are always the folks that claim their experience should serve as an indicator that the supplement works, however without any real clinical testing and as I think Alex has stated before is there is no evidence that synthetic free form aminos elicit any response.

I concur...According to mother nature protein should be digested in peptide form and made up of a complete protein, not just one single amino acid

OK Alex, does your response mean that you don't know the ratio of the BCAAs, or that you missed that question?

I'm a novice still trying to figure out how to optimize supplementation pre & post so forgive my ignorance, but if I understood your recent newsletter, don't your hydrodipeptide capsules offer a great advantage over the BCAAs?
