You have to be careful. Believe half of what you hear, none of what you see, and never what you read (when it comes to bodybuilding supplements)

Here's some supplements that are on this top 10 list that suck!!!

#1. ZMA. Are you kidding me. This is a totally scam invented by steroid pusher, baseball destroyer, Victor Conte. It's a total scam. Laughable to say the least

#2. CAffeine. Caffeine RELEASES CORTISOL. CORTISOL is a catabolic hormone!! Muscle wasting!!

#3 Glutamine. Really waste of money and I can think of about 1,000 other supplements I would buy before glutamine.

Bottom line: Don't believe anything you read about bodybuilding supplements, I just see too much mis information out there!
