Tribestan and LJ100 dosing?

about 200mg for the LJ100 and 500mg for the Tribestan. but also the recommendations are on the back.

The directions on back are confusing. It says one or two tabs 3 times daily. yet serving size is 2 tabs for 500mg supposedly.

Bingo. Quite unclear.
