I just received my order and don’t know how often and the quantities of each product to take. I ordered HRS and PeptoPro. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Looks like you got something for workouts.

If so.....

mix 1/4 cup of HRS with 2 to 4 tsp of PeptoPro in ice cold water.

Start drinking right before working out and then right on through.

If you run out before workouts over, make another one and drink after working out.

by doing it this way you will rehydrate, feed the body carbs and amino acids and help it combat catabolism.
