The HRS or the oatmuscle has never been tested officially for its Gi property.
But the HRS is a brown rice product which means its got a gi between 65 and 85.
the oatmuscle is easy to estimate the GI...25....
I still think you need some carbs post..if not muscle is going to be chewed up. I just find that if I reduce me calories during the day (NOT around workouts, i start to lose bodyfat).
I still drink about 100 carbs and 25 peptopro which totals 500 calories during workout time.
Needless to say I did arms on Tuesday morning and got a big pump with the above drink. my arms are really really sore right now...
