carbs to take for an endomorph

hi, i am an endomorph, and for post workout should i still be taking high GI carbs or stick with oatmuscle? if oatmuscle is the answer for a postworkout carb with my shake, how many grams is ideal for this?

I would give it a 1 to 1 ratio carb/protein
