The first thing to do is start eating right. My "supplement" are really not supplement just quality food.
Start with this.
1) CFM
2) Oatmuscle
3) Omega Muscle
4) Muscle Red or Purple or Green.
5) aussie caseinate
6) CLA gels
Start by making yourself a good blender smoothie twice a day.
Use 1/4 cup of CFM, oatmuscle, omega muscle, caseinate, mix in fruit of choice.
train by using barbell and free weights.
