glutamine

so i bought the ipi and added glutamine as a muscle cocktail and was wondering what are the "real" benefits of glutamine?

Honestly, none. I dont like L-glutamine and I always recommend my customer getting glutamine peptides if anything.

Alot of people still use L-glutamine and free form amino acids. I dont think they work or are worth the money when you can just add more protein powder or peptides.

Remember that whey is about 30% BCAA and 20% glutamine. Adding more L-glutamine, whats the point...just add an extra tablespoon of protein you increase BCAA and glutamine
