I'm currently using 75% CFM and 25% 1400 with aminogen during my work out. I would like to add creapure with rice oligodextrin.
When would be the best time to take this and how much of each do you recomend?
I was using rilovol' post. But I'm trying to loose some stuborn fat around the middle. It was suggested to me to use creapure and the rice oligodextrin, but I forget when would be the best time to use it.
I was thinking about mixing the 75% CFM and 25% 1400 with aminogen along with the creapure and rice oligodextrin for a large during/post workout drink.
What do you suggest Alex?
Please I need your advice.
