What you ordered was a postworkout formula. Very nice quality. You will defintely see something from this. "but you still need an all-purpose formula. Look at our beefcake shake, posigain, penta protein. or even the big blast.

For preworkout you want mainly to stay out of a catabolic state. Thus you can do two things. One is have some carbs pre. If you go with something like our oatmuscle you would have this about 1 hour before.

Most importantly you really just want to use a hydrolyzed protein pre. Something like our Anapure is perfect. its pretty much peptopro with flavoring.

You can always use something like our Enevar too.

personally I use the PeptoPro with carb and a serving of our VIGOR

Do NOT use stimulants. Alot of supplement company use these to give people a jolt of energy. But really they are doing more harm than good. And you really have to becareful because they can hide them really easily. I think one of the #1 supplement puts stimulants in their NO2 bullshit product

The VIGOR will give you a good pump.

I am using NanoVapor, and I can tell you it was good at the beginning but the only thing is that sometimes when I work out I feel like lack of oxygen and I can not breath..I decided to stop this cause scared me / The other supplement that I was using was Pro Complex which I threw it away since I heard about your web and cause I did not see any result; I'm just waiting for my order so , I can start soon.....I know I have to be patient and being committed if I have to see results.

Yea, the claims these supplement companies make are freakin ludicris. They make you think you are going to gain 20lbs because of the 300lbs juiced up bodybuilding pimping it.

I highly recommend reading these books. The bodybuilding truth book by Nelson Montana and scrawny to brawny Dr. Beradi.

This will put out the bullshit fire. The nano stuff once again probably had stimulants in it. Thus it opened up your bronchial passages because of the amphetamines.
