Its simply a combo of nutraceuticals with the hopes of being a good supplement. Looking at the ingredients nothing really stands out as being "special" ie no branded raw materials. The best R-ALA is a brand known as KRALA. which is easily hte best form of lipoic acid to date. being that they didnt use it means they really are just really on THEIR marketing claims to sell the product

i was just wondering im just starting again to work out and was doing some research on this product and just so happens that i ran into this post. im new to this fourms and will do more reading and research in the future but if you dont mind helping me out can you refer me to a product that does the equivelent (mentioned above). Im sure of it this is just a marketing hype, would really appreciate any help.
