cranberry protein????

I am getting in a sample of cranberry protein. its only 25% protein though. But I want to try it because it has some interesting properties. I"ll keep everyone informed.

I know cranberries have specific antioxidants (polyphenol antioxidants), but it seems these antioxidants are available from other sources without the specific taste of cranberries (I guess you can tell I'm not big into cranberry juice).

You guessed right's its the anti-oxidant. We might even be able to use it as a low Gi carb source. but who knows. the one thing I didnt like about it was the high fiber content. it was about 50%. If Im on the can after wards, you can forget about it.
