Doing high volume work gives me the best pumps. I superset a compound exercise with an isolation exercise (like close grip bench for tri's along with one-arm pushdowns) and that seems to hit the muscle really well. I limit my rest interval to about a minute-mintutethirty each set.
I have been using the hydrodipeptide capsules before and after along with some pepto pro to sip on during and I have gotten really good, consistent pumps in conjunction witht he above protocol.
