I have to make another order for my daily intake of protein since I’ve had to use the WPC as a substitute for the post-workout powder (since I don’t have the post-workout powder right now). My stomach has gotten a little fat (but I also drink a lot of Budweiser), but I now weigh more than I’ve ever weighed in my life (about 180). I was wondering what you’d recommend as a protein powder that is relatively cheap and easy to mix as a breakfast shake that would cut down on the fat that I’m building up. I guess it may have to do more with my diet coupled with my intake of way more protein than I’ve consumed in my life.

For breakfast you want carbs, protein, and some dietary fat.

I would go with 20% oatmuscle, 20% rice olgidextrin, 10% Flax powder, 30% WPC, 10% yolk, 10% IPI.

This should be relatively inexpensive and will help you lose weight
