I train abs like any other body part. I work them three to four times a week. I will do a giant set sometimes of crunches, sit ups on a decline (sometimes with a medicine ball) and hanging leg raises. All exercises are done in sets of three and rep out as many as you can. I also use the ab wheel on my knees and lying on the floor I do crunches with my hands on my legs and rolling them up to touch my knees. Honestly I don't have a set routine. Cardio is a must an average of at least 30 minutes a day. I do this plus lift weights splitting my body parts into groups ie. chest/back one day, front thigh, shoulders/bi's, hamstrings/triceps, always changing up exercises from week to week. And of course diet......all the exercise would be useless without eating the right foods and taking the right supplements. I eat all foods in moderation. But mostly I try to stick with higher protein and clean carbs.

Thank you, I appreciate the information! I will try and focus on abs more seems to be the least favorite of mine to do but I think it was because of the lack of knowledge!
