Ha...that is too funny. I know someone very well that does the crossfit. I actually watched her do it the other day.
She did 1/2 mile sprint then right away go to 10 pullups, than 20 pushups, than 30 sit ups and then 40 air squats...and she did that 3 times in a row...wow what a workout. I think this is a great workout for women or people needing to lose amounts of bodyfat.
